Since the New World is coming, I thought there could be a new race as well.
I was thinking about Dark Elves/ Corrupted Elves called Alfen
Ok, about them:
They can be either Lunar mages OR Fire mages.
As Lunar mages: they can cloak themselves in darkness, cloak others in darkness to scare them, hurt people with the darkness while hidden in shadows, or cloak fire, lights or torches in Darkness to dim the light, so they can hide in the shadows.
As Fire mages they can dim the fire/torches with their magics to have enough shadows to operate from.
Appearance:
They look just like Elves, you can only see the difference during full sunshine: then you will see their eyes turn black (eye reflexes to sunlight) Some of the Alfen want to kill all Elves, because Alfen think they should be the superior race, above Elves (because they look alike). Some prefer blending in with the Elves, and live in harmony among them, because they look alike they think it'd be a waste of their valuable blood. They are just as agile as Elves.
